Hey! Thanks for stopping by.
Hey there, I'm Helen. I come from a tiny town in Southern Maine, called Cornish, but more recently, Simmons University in the Fenway area of Boston has become my second home. At Simmons, I spend my days writing, reading, and learning about journalism and modern media. Storytelling has become a passion of mine across of plethora of different platforms from animation to news articles to fine art, videography and more.

Outside the realms of communication studies, I have a passion for the arts (check out some of my work here!). When I'm not in class, I can easily be found at the Museum of Fine Arts with a pair of earbuds and sketchbook. As I'm sure you've been able to put together at this point––I'm also a travel enthusiast! The history, culture, language, food and overall energy of being in a new location has created an insatiable hunger inside me for travel. I'll spare you the list of places I've been and places I wish to go, but needless to say, Rwanda is a first for me. Thanks for letting me share this journey with you!
